Support has received many requests from customers for the ability to delete users and edit the user info including password.
Yes, users can change their password in-app. In order to change their password, they will need to select "forgot password" and enter in their email address. They will be sent a security code to that email address which they will have to enter in as well as their new password in the app. That will allow them to change their password in-app.
Let us know if we can be of any other assistance!
@Austin Blair: Thats not being able to change their password in the app, thats a work around that gives the same end result lol, but when explained to an app user is very half arsed.
The user should also be able to edit their own password within the app. (Maybe it's available and I couldnt see it. If so let me know LOL)
But this is a big issue for me atm as I have just moved over to BFire and I am importing 500 app users for a client I had on another platform. I have to set each app user a password in the excel spreadsheet but then they are kinda stuck with that password.
