My users are mostly 50s up, so going to notifications and then selecting view history, for an unread notification is a bit much. A simple fix would be for the unread notifications to show up on the first screen, and all read notifications would move to view history. Also, a way to delete notifications. Clean up things a bit. Tks.
Being able to do lives
It would be great if we had the ability to do live streaming, the same way we can on Instagram. I'd love to engage live with my users through my mobile app rather than having to connect on another application to maintain the link. If you're reading this and you'd love that too, please vote for this request :)
Improve Media Library
We Migrated Feedback Platforms It would be nice to have a way to organize the media library. When I add a photo, it quickly disappears in a wave of other photos, making it difficult to find. It would be nice to have an organization system setup to segment what photos belong to what. by Bryan
I send out weekly notifications and have to do these manually because there is no option to reschedule posts that have already gone out. In the last 3 months my notifications have not popped up as they should so I have to constantly be go back copy and paste things in manually for those who missed them. Many of my users use the notifications more than anything else which means I have to meet the demand. Please make it easier for folks doing this on their own..I thought that was what this platform was made for.
Chatbot is annoying and takes up too much space
Not everyone enjoys the chatbot feature, PLEASE add an easy way to stop seeing the chatbot
Automatically delete old notifications
In the notifications section of the app, the old notifications remain for life! There is no use for that, and some very old notifications don't even send to pages anymore as those pages may have been deleted, etc. There should only be old notifications from the past 2 to 3 weeks maximum.
Social Wall 1-1 conversations are very hard to use
We Migrated Feedback Platforms The idea of a two App users having a back-and-forth one-on-one conversation is great! ...but the implementation is incomplete. Currently you have to find a user by their comments in an open (many-to-many) thread to initiate the one-on-one thread, and revisiting that thread is just as hard. The only way to really use the feature is if two people are active at the same moment and can keep going back and forth without navigating anywhere else in the App... otherwise it's very challenging to say the least. Users should be able to look each other up by name, initiate conversations one-on-one, be notified of such threads (and that unread messages await, etc.), and be able to follow the notifications directly to the threads. As it is, the one-on-one capability is very incomplete. by Tim Amey
Social Wall Notifications
I have multiple social walls on my app with varying categories. Is there any way for the notifications to actually direct you to the post that was just commented on or created? I end up having to sift through the folders to see what comment was made and where.
We have a parish app with many group notifications. When a notification is sent to one group, it is not clear to those who use the app which group it has gone to. As a result, they have to click on all the groups to find it. Is it possible when a notification is sent to a group for that group to be highlighted in some way. This facility is available with the app used by our local school
Landspace mode for Media player
Video player does not allow rotation to landscape mode for embedded videos. It does allow full screen but most users will rotate their device so that they can see the full screen in landscape. It is now a standard feature in online players and device native players. Could add native device player support or please add the feature to embedded player.
